About Killington Pico Rentals

We're a New England family who fell in love with Central Vermont one season at a time.

In 2014, we purchased our first property, the Original Pico House, as a family retreat. What started as weekend getaways quickly became the backdrop for our most cherished memories. Two years later, we couldn't resist adding the Killington Wobbly House to our family portfolio in 2016.

Our grandchildren learned to ski on Pico's family-friendly slopes and have since become ski instructors at Killington. We've celebrated weddings and vow renewals at the nearby Mountain Top Inn, sledded down snow-covered hills, and discovered hidden swimming holes in the summer gorges.

Over the past decade, Carrie has earned Superhost status for ten consecutive years, welcoming hundreds of families who've gone on to create their own Vermont traditions. From winter skiing and snowshoeing to spring hiking, summer mountain biking and river tubing, fall leaf-peeping and harvest festivals—we've experienced it all and love sharing our favorite local spots with guests.

Now, we invite you to write your own Vermont story. Whether you're teaching your kids to ski, celebrating a milestone, or simply craving mountain air and quality time, our homes are ready to become the setting for your family's next chapter.
